It depends on what you mean by hottest. Is it the highest percentage of above average women or which team will have the best looking woman.

The nature of an nba game (inside, ac, close to the players etc) means you will definitely have more good looking women present.

I'd go with the lower section of TC during Rockets games and Astros games since they bring out a bigger audience with their affordable ticket prices 2-3x more home games
