A lot of people were upset Hopkins didn't get a contract offer

Championships aren't built around wide receivers

Jerry Rice played with great quarterbacks. Montana won before him

Hopkins all day long, Clowney is giving the Mario Williams vibe.

How so? It seems like Clowney actually enjoys playing football whereas Mario really didn't.

Well he had to come up with something to justify his unjustifiable position. That's the best he could do.

I know Clowney had some maturity issues when the Texans drafted him, but Clowney was quite young when the Texans drafted him. Also Clowney is playing out of position IMO and not getting overhyped stats like sacks that get attention. Clowney was quite good last year against the run and an all pro caliber player. He hasn't complained about his role and has done what is asked. If anyone has given a Mario Williams vibe it is Hopkins that seems to want to leave.

Only reason to choose Hopkins is Clowney's increased injury risk.

Clowney is better though, and harder to replace.
