Holy ****, it just went from 71 degrees to sub 40.

    It went from 70 degrees to 20-something in about 6 hours here in Dallas. Crazy. It's 17 now with a windchill of 12. Glad to be rid of that 70-degree December crap, but not sure I want pipe-bursting weather as a result.

    Down to 16 with a 1 degree windchill... maybe I shoulda bought some gloves. *snicker*

    Start running them faucets. We had to panel every wall and re-carpet every floor in our house and I watched some Ellesse moccasins turn into Chia Pets after that Houston icestorm in '90. I did get to see Baron Munchausen and Eddie Murphy Raw at my dad's girlfriend's house, but net net still a loss.
