I've lived in all three places you mentioned. That's not an average latina woman.

Weird that her boobs don't really interest you. One doesn't hear that often from guys but to each his own. I'm a derriere kinda guy but I would never say the tetas don't interest me.

I get that everyone has different tastes but to me Penelope is a pretty chick but not more special than Salma or a Sofia Vergara(if we're naming beautiful and sexy latinas). Salma has the whole package from head to toe, face to body. She has Penelope beat in that category. I wouldn't call either Salma or Penelope an average latina though.

Off the top of my head, the chicks I've seen on CF that I'd go ahead and call average would be ladies like Kate Upton. One can find hotter blondes in almost every city.
