I'm a Big East guy so i've seen him play a lot and have been talking him up all year.

Hill is suprisingly a very skilled and crafty post scorer for somebody that never gets mentioned. He averaged 18 PPG, 8.8 RPG, 2.9 BPG on 64% shooting from the field and you never heard an expert mention his name once all year.

His biggest problem though is he's VERY soft on both ends. He's not very aggressive at all on the offensive end and doesn't get to the line nearly enough for somebody as tough to guard/play's close to the basket as he is. Defensively, he shy's away from contact and looks disinterested at times. Adding upper body strength for him is essential as he's gotten chewed up by other NBA prospects when Providence played Florida, Pitt (he had 20/10 that game but couldn't guard Gray) and looked pretty clueless against WVU's infamous 1-3-1 zone although he did badly outplay that Theebut kid from UConn. Hill also badly needs to develop a mid-range game.

Bottom line: If he's there when the Rockets draft I would definitely consider him. There have been plenty of cases where these super thin skilled players comes into the league and get bulkier and more physically sound. He's already a gifted post scorer and I firmly believe if he played at Duke or UNC he would probably be a lottery pick right now based on hype and exposure alone. He's NBA ready and if he developed a mid-range game he could probably replace Juwan as our instant offense/low post scorer guy off the bench.
