I have a phone interview for the NBA's associate program on Tuesday and an on-campus interview for Wells Fargo's finance associate development program in a week. If you're familiar with any of these two companies or programs, or if you work in finance or business development, I'd really appreciate your advice on how to prepare for the interviews, especially any information on their operations and what they're looking for. THANKS!!

here's all the information i have on the NBA program:
The NBA Associate Program is designed to enhance business skills and offer students the opportunity to gain exposure to the many facets of our organization. Associates might have the opportunity to work in several areas of our business including:

    -Basketball Operations -Human Resources
    -Brand Marketing -International
    -Business Development -Marketing Partnerships
    -Communications -Production, Programming & Broadcasting
-Community & Player Programs -Strategic Development
-Events and Attractions -Team Marketing & Business Operations
    -Global Merchandising Group -WNBA

info on the Wells Fargo program:
Associates will spend approximately 12 months in the program, working on project teams in Corporate Finance and a finance group in one of our business lines. Successful participants will develop a wide range of practical job skills, apply leadership and management training, and develop a broad professional network within the company to use as future leaders at Wells Fargo.

Associates in this small, personalized program are mentored individually by Wells Fargo’s Chief Financial Officer. Other senior finance managers provide additional mentoring and support. The objective of this program is to prepare Associates for a Finance career at Wells Fargo, using a combination of hands-on experience, classroom and web-based training, and peer interaction.
