Heath Shuler, Matt Leinart, and The Boz "Joke" About Wanting To Go Back To College

    Man, Heath ****ing Shuler. I’m just happy to see he’s still eating. Except he for sure pulled some tin foil out of his pocket to wrap up that leftover food after the commercial was done shooting. Told everyone it was for his dogs.

    By the way, it’s actually kind of weird how little Shuler is talked about in terms of big time NFL busts. Shuler’s career stats: 15 TDs, 33 INTs, 54.3 QB rating. JaMarcus Russel: 18 TDs, 23 INTs, 65.2 QBR. But hey, ol’ reliable Ryan Leaf is still the WOAT (14/36/50/9 drug addictions/10 assault and batteries).

    As for Leinart, there’s 0.00% chance he’s joking about wanting to go back to college. He was a swinging dick. He was Johnny Football before Johnny Football was Johnny Football. He actually got off really light because we didn’t really have much Twitter/Instagram going on back then. But Matt Leinart was hitting grand slams at USC every weekend. He’s not even a 3rd stringer somewhere right now, which I find kinda lame cause what team couldn’t use a guy like Leinart?

    I think the OP may be taking this commercial a little too seriously. Nothing wrong with a little self-depreciating humor. We could use a lot more of it in the sports world, frankly.

    Most people wish they could go back to college, nothing new. That said, Matt Leinart's life in college must have been 100x better than my experience, and I enjoyed college a lot.
