I would have put the ball in Bron's hands at that point....Wade had zero momentum.

But if you are gonna put the ball in Wades hand, don't just stand there and watch him......cut or something!

It is not like he is way better than Wade....
even Bosh can take the shot.... if he is in a better position

    I'll take unselfishness any day

this is why the heat aren't going to win the title. if the game is close, the other team will hit the big shots down the stretch. after 2 years, it's just a given at this point. it doesn't matter how tough the shot is, how late in the clock, who is taking it, etc. they'll make it. and the heat won't.

I honestly think the heat jut let the knicks win just to end their miserable playoff losing streak.

Did Smith do a 5 seconds closely guarded violation on the play where Anthony hit the three with 50 seconds left? It seemed very suspicious.

spo needs to stop listening to this "who is the closer" media propaganda and just live or die by lebron.

Lol, it's true. They just feel sorry for these crappy bottom feeders and let them sneak in a meaningless playoff win for the home crowd.

Why are you always acting like the worst possible case is inevitable? Does this defeatist attitude improve your life in any way? It's very tiring.

Anyway, Heat have only themselves to blame for this loss. Maybe this will wake them up a bit.

i usually don't think spoelstra is as stupid as everyone thinks he is, but man that was a brutal final few minutes. you have lebron james on your team and somehow he didn't seem to be aware of that. was he afraid jr smith would go off if lebron was guarding carmelo? and going to dwade after lebron had 6 straight points? solid calls there.

i seem to recall miami losing the title last year as the other team hit tons of shots at the end of the game while the heat basically hit none. in several games. and they lost many regular season games where other teams have hit amazing shots against them. and the heat hardly have any game winners in the final 30 seconds. i might be a pessimist but it really doesn't seem like this particular part of the game has changed for 2 years now. mike bibby is draining 3's while carmelo makes a 3 with the shotclock at like 2 and wade misses the game winner. it didn't seem that out of the ordinary.

Should have had Battier inbounding the ball, to at least keep them guessing.
