    After reading all those posts and threads raised by posters here on this forum about SF3 sitting expressionless pouting on the bench, not wearing his jersey and blowing his opportunities for play, I kept asking myself the above question: Has SF3 already lost his love and passion for the game and the Houston Rockets, the team that he loves?

    I'm all relieved now after reading the following articles:

    first, quotes from JVG:

    Then another one from Chinese websites where reporters made their observation and reported Steve Francis scored a special triple-double from the bench during the game with Memphis Grizzlies......

    http://gb.cri.cn/20864/2007/11/14/1425@1841904.htm

    • He stood up to wave his towel to rave good plays of his team mates for more than 20 times
    • During timeouts, he stood up to give his seat to the starting players for more than 15 times
    • He stood up to high-5 with his team mates for more than 10 times
    So NO, Lao Da is still Lao Da, the one we used to know......still full of passion and love for this game and this team.

    And it's time that he should be given play minutes with such poor performance from Rafer Alston, Luther Head and Mike James.........

    Oh no you don't. How dare you check the excuses used by the likes of Hayesfan ect.

    Pictures show Steve buff as ever...shoot Rick can't use the "hes fat and out of shape"

    Now the actual tracking of what he does on the bench to prove that he isnt on the bench pouting.

    Whats a Steve Hater to do now?

    Steve was the only reason I looked forward to watching Rockets game back when we were missing the playoffs year after year because of the love he showed to the city and his teammates. I'm not going to say he didn't make dumb decisions, but what's so smart about our offensive system nowadays when we don't have T-Mac? From what I've seen the past couple of years, all Rafer does is pass T-Mac the ball and watch.

    i love steve francis
    i hate this thread- is there a point to it?
    jvg was merely suggesting that steve francis knows the answer. sure, now what? asking us to decide HIS passion? from the looks of it, he hasn't (as indicated as well by ur second source "20 times" "10 times"...

    what do you want people to say, pruyen?

    RIGHT BUDDY
    <br>
    and your basing that off of what???
    <br>
    his last REAL games where he avg 25' 6' 6'
    <br>
    the ONLY ONE ON DECLINE HERE IS: RAFER ALSTON
    <br>
    Why do people not see that the game is 32 and past his prime. If he isn't on decline then you might as well say mutombo is still the all star he was 10 years ago.
    <br>
    the truth........... Rafer is rapidly getting worse and doesn't look like he will get better

    Well, I'm just sick and tired of other posters (probably those that hates SF3) saying Lao Da sat emotionless, pouting on the bench, and not wearing his jersey, not working on his game, and still thinking he is the Franchise.

    If you have read the other photos I pasted in another thread

    http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showpost.php?p=3247671&postcount=407

    you'll know the guy is working his @r$e off, trimmed down a lot, and patiently waiting for his return to court.

    And if he has lost his love, his passion and his interest in the game and for this Rockets team, do you think he would even bother to do all those things from the bench, standing up from the bench, high-5ing with team mates, waving his towel and cheering for great plays of his team mates, giving his seat to the starting players during time out??

    And you said you love SF3......:rolleyes:

    I agree with you Pryuen. It is a huge mistake not to play Steve right now. I'd like to remind everyone that we were down BIG, EVEN when Tmac was still in the game last night. Rafer and james has been horrific so far. Why not give Steve a chance??? Especially now that Tmac is gone and we lost about 30 pts of scoring.
