I found a couple of properties I was interesting in buying for investment purposes. Anyone purchase a property through a Harris County Tax Sale before? Any pointers on things to be aware of would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Not in Harris County or Texas at all, but often times these properties have their taxes paid at the 11th hour and don't get sold. You also have to pay the overdue taxes... I do have clients that have successfully lived off flipping properties from government auctions.
