These things account for a large percentage of cop deaths. In 2013, 5 of the 27 cops killed that year were involved in ambush situations.

 

Our nation is approaching dangerous times.

Too much anti cop sentiment. Unfortunately, it is just people who are uneducated on social order.

I get pissed when I see, X lives matter.

Shouldn't it be labeled as everyone's life matters.....Racist America.

I will never know about prejudices black people may face in their lives, it's true.

But my God, it seems like a certain percentage of them want to further the race issue for all of time, and the news(run by stuffy white people) only makes it worse. And I'm not talking about the ones that are peacefully protesting. I'm talking about the ones murdering innocents every day in the name of protest. The ones, just like the ignorant white rednecks, smuggling drugs across the country while living off disability.

It's about time something changed in this country that forced people to step up and become responsible citizens, in general.

I thought we were getting over it two years ago. Now, every incident that happens, the person's race has to be reported. What's up with that? And if the races aren't the same, it multiplies the news factor by ten.

And these comments coming from someone (myself), who is about as conservative (not politically, necessarily) when it comes to speaking out on things in general, as it gets.

I just know for a fact a lot of white people are racist. I have heard the N-bomb dropped so many times. It's truly sad that we live in these times of division.

And you absolutely right.. the media is what further drives the division among blacks and whites.

What really rubbed me the wrong way is when that white guy shot up the church a few months back. The media kept calling it a "black church" WTF is a black church.. That was some of the most racist BS I have ever seen.. I have never once heard a church that happens to have members of in congregation white referred to as a "white church"

 

I think a more appropriate statistic would be to show what % of each race lives on Welfare.

Unless the shooter comes out and reveals that he killed the officer because of Mike Brown or whoever this has nothing to do with what the protest groups have been protesting about.

Which is holding officers responsible for killing people. I'm sure it's fine for some people to live in a country where cops get guns and can kill others without fear of reprimand. That's not cool for everyone though.

Criminals kill cops though, it's sad and it sucks and it's the reason cops have guns in the first place to protect themselves from getting killed by criminals. But yeah, criminals kill officers. Could be any reason here.

It surely is, having a gun is a defensive measure that cops are supposed to use when their life or someone else's life is in danger.

What other reason could there be?

Hell, after recent cases the officer always falls back on the "I had to because I was in fear of my life."
