I hate ESPN as much as the next guy, but Wall really is one of the fastest end to end players while dribbling, and he is a great finisher as well.

As CP3 establishes himself and increased his stats, the media will use that as an excuse that Harden isn't the MVP, even though he can keep the team winning without CP3, it doesn't matter to them. It will be like the KD/Curry effect as the season goes on. Harden's APG will drop down below 10. I think he averages about 8 - 9 next to a healthy CP3. Still very amazing assist numbers, but the media will use that as an excuse, that Harden's numbers aren't as good as last year's since he doesn't lead the league in assists by the end of the year.

There are some in every group. The same jackalopes that would hire McHale in Minnesota and thought
    the world of him here.

I don't see why that would be a problem, as pretty much every past MVP winners had multiple superstar/all-star level teammates. Even if Harden's volume stats decrease, he just needs to stay efficient; that's how Curry got his MVP anyways.

Pierce is dumb, and his voice sounds like it’s about to give out any minute...he provides no insight, he needs to go along with Beadle

keep Jalen and Chauncey, and then add Kobe

Well, I remember the same show when Pierce was breaking down Harden's game, and his conclusion was that Harden was good only because he can draw the hook up fouls, and it's up to the NBA rule makers to change the rule and not allow Harden to do that anymore. Well I think he didn't know that the league has already changed the rule, and Harden is performing even better. It's just ridiculous how biased this guy is.

That makes Harden's season even more amazing. they basically changed the rule in the NBA this year because of Harden, just like they did for Shaq and Wilt.

Media trys to bring Harden down, NBA change the rule so Harden's can't get to the line and he's having a historically great season

the NBA changed the rules, but Harden is still leading the league in free throw attempts per game at 9.5 with the next closest being Giannis at 8.4

the rules committee can hold this L, u can’t stop Harden

dont do this to yourself. Just assume hes going to lose and then you wont be disappointed when it happens.

Yeah, the Kyrie narrative is already strong enough to take votes away from Harden. Rockets need to be shouting from the rooftops how far above the pack Harden is right now.

Nah. I dont even want the team thinking or caring about that dumb crap this year. Team goals.

If it happens it happens, if it doesnt then no big deal.

Thats some westbrook okc crap. It was the theme of that entire team to help him get the mvp award that year.

The rockets pushed harder that year. I remember a bunch of media guys thought it was over the top when morey sent out that media book to the voters and the warriors smugly said “we let currys play do the talking”

Its no big deal either way as long as the players and coaches dont get involved. The front office can do what it wants but I def dont want it to become a theme of the season.

The MVP should be a product of harden helping the team strive for other goals. It shouldnt be the goal itself.
