Realistically if Harden is 15% body fat right now and he decreases to under 10% maybe it will help him down the line in the postseason when he's playing so many minutes. Possibility it can help him then. But then again I want him to keep his muscle mass so he can keep taking that contact at the rim
how about 1 - use the ****in role players properly 2 - get a 2nd star player or a pg who can take the ball out of harden's hands 3 - tell the fkn coach to stop running players into the groud there's no reason harden should be bring the ball up the court and have the ball in his hands nearly every possession when we got bev, lou, eg, ryan and mda.
Look, it's a little too early for the yearly "James Harden looks fat" thread. Just wait a few months until the start of training camp.
The only reason harden put up those historic stats this season was because he was bringing the ball up every possession.
