His cardio improvements compared to a few seasons ago definitely is noticable. Glad he's putting in that extra effort.

Though after a game I would rather him do low impact cardio like a row machine.

Harden is on a level I can't comprehend. I'm super proud of what he's doing. He's earning what he's got.

We have by far and above the GREATEST player in the NBA currently, and easily a top 10 player of all time.

Soak it in Clutchfans, I know I am.

He's not a top ten player of all time. He's going to have to win rings for that status. He's top 20-30 right now.

Nah. Rings are a meaningless argument created to sell tickets, unless you think Robert Horry is actually the best player of all time.

Harden is easily top 10. It’ll take a while for people to realize it though.

Name me ten players that can/could (in their peak) do what Harden does on a basketball court.

I'll stop you before you do, though. Because you cannot. Harden has elevated his defense to near elite status. He is the perfect basketball player. I don't understand why ROCKETS fans even argue this at this point. This guy is a damn God amongst men.

you mean elliptical? if so I agree, those knee joints swell after a game thats why it's important for ice and rest.

FWIW He has been hitting cardio hard for years.

He also has a strict diet and dietician.

    He also has a trainer.

There is a reason that he has consistently gotten better the last 5 years. He busts his ass.

    100% this

    Harden grinds Hard.

After the season he goes to Paris for his fashion stuff and then hits LA for some hometown stuff but still plays pick up ball. Then he goes to China and stuff for adidas then it’s back in the gym grinding getting ready for the season.

I don’t think Harden takes more than 2 weeks tops off all year we’re he doesn’t atleast shoot a basketball.

    Not many players do that.

If you hear from all the players who have done and gone from here. There is one consistent them they all say, Harden works harder than everyone and no one has any clue till recently.

This is off base a little bit but man if we could somehow joe keep rivers faried and house this offseason and add pat bev somehow? Ohh boy we would absolutely annihilate othe teams on defense.

He looks a bit out of shape

It is the sacred relic, the Treadmill of Mediocrity, that the team took years to build back when they were getting the 14th pick every year. Good to see it put to good use
