There are many people who voted Westbrook as MVP the other day feeling like they wished they had a few more days before making that vote
I mean ESPN stole Harden's MVP this year. Their media campaign left him off all-NBA third team last year. Westbrook wins the MVP. Harden dismantles his team. Hakeem vs Admiral part 2.
**** the MVP talk. I've had enough of that BS Fact is Rockets and Harden just absolutely obliterated OKC and Westbrick. That is the big picture
There are a number of voters who likely made their decision entirely, or nearly entirely, off of Westbrook's game winner against the Nuggets. It's pretty incredible.
David Aldridge, Ernie Johnson from tnt both voted Westbrook. Both can suck a bag of dicks and hopefully lose their votes next year. Them and those espn fools deserve to lose their votes for breaking decades of mvp protocol.
Nobody believes this. All the guys in the MVP conversation still care. That's just he PC thing to say.
Well of course they care(might even be motivation for Harden), but there is no use talking about it now since the votes are in. No amount of talking about it is going to change the votes. If you still care about the MVP now your focus is elsewhere. Westbrook and OKC weren't trying to stat pad because that **** doesn't matter any more. Westbrook didn't look like his normal ferocious self because his goal was MVP not championship.
