    It's a prank started by The The Starters on NBATV. Their fans have been trying to get ZaZa in the all star game for years. It almost worked last year. Many think it is the reason fan voting has less of an impact this year. The Zaza rule.

    Just speculating. Isn't Houston Rockets quite popular in China due to having two asian players recently? I think Harden gets some boost from international voters (kinda explains Gordon too.) Domestic ones definitely prefer Russ over Harden, but this is actually more fair because Harden is a better player.
