    Feeling a bit bad for @what - he doesn't deserve this. Getting tricked into believing his team is actually good enough to make the playoffs... The saddest part is that they probably won't be bad enough to get a good draft pick either.

    They need to blow up the team. Even if you can move Conley and/or Gasol for 70 cents on the dollar right now, just rip the band aid off and start the rebuilding process now.

    Doesn't really matter who they have in terms of playing personnel. Bickerstaff is one of the worst coaches in the NBA (if not the worst). Give them great players and he'll lead them to mediocrity (at best)

    The Grizzles are a poor mans version of a Tmac/Yao Rockets. Aged / broken stars, not bad enough to get a top pick, not good enough to get into playoffs and compete. They need to blow it up completely, and JB is the perfect coach to tank.

    I just want to go on record as saying thank you to the Memphis Grizzlies organization for not playing like crap for one night and actually winning against the San Antonio Spurs. I'm shocked, but I'm pleased.

    Bickerstaff still sucks though.
