NOP and OKC won't make the playoffs

Clippers regular season wins won't match their playoff potential either, which is reflected here. This year's Western conference is tougher than usual, which is saying a lot

Shocking, really. But nothing is too crazy here. The Rockets being a 53 win team makes sense, and with more parity the West is going to flatten out and the win distribution makes sense. It's just which team you think will get the lucky bounces.

Damn, he predicts there will be so much parity that no team hits 60 wins, and only 3 teams crack 50 wins next year... we had 8 last season. Not sure if I buy it, but interesting if it turns out that way.

James Harden never gets hurt and can carry a team to 50 wins if he has too.

If Kawhi, Lebron, PG, AD get hurt - and one of them will st least - those teams likely struggle.

Can you post his previous projections? I have a hard time believing the accuracy of his model if it has THE BULLS making the playoffs.

Last year, the bulls players nearly mutinied regarding practices, laps, push ups and other stuff commonly seen in HS teams.

Also he has the Spurs missing the playoffs??? When's the last time that happened?

Yep. Replace them with Portland (definitely) and Dallas or Minnesota.

Its a good projection ,i dont believe he took in mind how it takes time for a team to gel especially when you have new players, both La teams have 2 or more new starters that process will take time ,we all know that the team with the most wins in the regular season dont mean they the most talented or best functional team in the playoffs .I hate to say it but im not sold on this team bcuz of chris paul ,in 2017 -2018 after seeing them play golden state in the regular season i didn't think they could beat them nor did i think they could beat them last year.warriors were just too top heavy.

Spurs over Minny pretty easily. The first 6 teams are a given barring injury. Clippers/Lakers/Rockets/Nuggets/Jazz/Blazers, 7th and 8th seed seem like a toss up between 4 teams - Spurs/Mavs/OKC/Warriors

    Murray / Mills
    White / Bellineli
    DeRozan / Carroll
    Gay / Morris
    Aldridge / Poltl

    V

    Curry / Brunson / Barea
    Hardaway / Lee
    Doncic / Finney-Smith
    Porzingis / Kleber
    Powell / Boban

    V

    Westbrook / Shcroder
    SGA / Ferguson
    Gallonari / Roberson
    Grant / Patterson
    Adams / Noel

    V

    Curry
    Russell / Poole
    Robinson / Evans
    Green / McKinnie
    Looney / WCS

Dem matchups guna b gud. Feel like the Mavs are the weakest of the bunch, but that could easily change if either/both Doncic/Porzingis take it up another level. Warriors also really need some better depth pieces or things could get scary if even one key guy gets is out 20 games due to any injury.
