I am so excited and thankful because I was called 2 days ago and a lady named Edna called my house saying that i won a contest i entered that wouls allow me to do pre-game activities may include preparing the locker room for the players arrival, setting up game balls and other equipment, etc. Game activities may include rebounding during warm-ups, water and towel distributions for the players, court maintenance (toweling, etc.). Post-game activities include court/team bench pick-up, breakdown and repacking of game balls and equipment, uniform/jersey collection and laundry preparation, etc. The game i chose was the Feb. 25 game against Lebron and the Cavs. I want to thank the rockets org. for giving me a chance to be part of the team:D :D :D

Sweet, congrats! When I was a kid going to Rocket games, I envied those kids. Actually, I still do.

Be sure to post a report.

I love how the NBA has been able to manipulate a job position usually considered to be janitorial into a position desired by the masses.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to do it too. But I just find it funny, after reading a description of all of the tasks you "have been deemed worthy enough to do" for free of charge, that someone would get excited about basically being a one-night errand boy.

    David Stern is a genius!

Moving this to the GARM with the EXPECTATION that you come back and tell us what goes on behind the scenes.

Whatever you do, don't piss JVG off... he'll be on you like a leprechaun on a box of Lucky Charms.

    Good Luck. :)

The most important thing to spy on: who are they going to trade. This will worth about 13 pages of posts on this board.

Be a rebel and just sneak one in. Digital cameras are so small these days you can hide them in your socks. Just take a quick shot here & there and you'll be all set. Those pics good be valuable and could be essential for your reputation here in this bbs.
