    He better be back.

Rockets are NOT winning a championship without GG.

What's the story with Green? Can he come back for us this season?

Yes, he traded to Denver. They waived him.

Gerald Green is 34 years old. Genuinely hope he returns to Houston and retires as a Rocket.

That is not necessarily the case if you have rapid testing. Jeff Passan wrote about that with regards to MLB's plan, which health agencies have indicated is plausible.

While the possibility of a player or staff member testing positive for the coronavirus exists, even in a secured setting, officials do not believe that a positive test alone would necessarily be cause to quarantine an entire team or shut down the season, sources said.

Hey, I am all for more sports but with the repercussion of KAT's mom's passing, I am just glad I am nowhere close to the decision-making and the potential inaccuracies of those speedy tests that come with it.

This sounds like a really horrible idea. Why can't people just accept that we shouldn't be playing games (or pretty much anything else) when people are dying worldwide?

Stay home. Stay away from other people. The end.

You are saying this but trump is about to open the country in 10 days. Many states have lifted the restrictions. Once that happens sports will return quickly behind that.

Until when? If your answer is until there's a vaccine or herd immunity, that's probably 18 to 24 months away, and possibly longer. That's a very not insignificant portion of all of our lives. We regularly allow people to take adverse health risks for quality-of-life benefits all the time. It's a balance. We can debate where exactly where the "line" is or should be, but if you're proposing a total shutdown of all life outside of each of our homes for potentially years, that's a major request.

Right, but they're not going to do it unless they have approval from the likes of Fauci, who will point them to the appropriate tests and measures. They're not just going to pick out random tests and hope for the best. I think that's the biggest reason why all the leagues (other than PGA) are in a holding pattern at the moment -- they all have plans to return this summer, but nobody's going to formally announce it until the government gives them more clarity regarding the testing side.

The NBA has to get Lebron and the Lakers another ring. Along with Kobe and the virus. It's a fairy tale to make up for lost revenue.

Half of 2020 Sporting Events already cancelled.

Projected revenue of $73 billion compared to
last year, $135 billion in revenue

That's a lot of people hurting.

Going to be a lot of ramification for ill-liquid Sports Owner that do not have liquidity to pay the bill and the only real assets they can sell is ownership of their sport team
