Attendance has been dropping steadily all season in the IRC Game Chat. Was wondering if past regulars just assume it's crazy in here like the GARM Game Thread. It's not. I'm all alone tonight. Not kidding If you join me, I'll do PBP like rocketeer used to. please!
This image is the entire Game Chat log for today. One game comment, then talks about game links and passwords,,,then nothing for 3 quarters. I watched the entire game with a Bot and a firemchale placeholder account who never said anything.
Damn, that thread got removed. It was entertaining. So ugh yeah, I'm at the game so it's hard to get in chat. I can do it from my phone and stuff, but the battery drains. Yeah.
I was there for the game against the Nets, and it was only me, and I left at halftime, but yeah this season, the chat is soo lonely.
I don't know why everyone who posts play by plays in the game thread, just doesn't join the Clutchfans game chat. I try to join the game chat for away games. It used to be easier when I could watch games on my TV, but now I have to share my computer screen with a stream. Makes it difficult. I really like the group of regulars there, and it's been a good way to get to know some of the posters around here better.
Nothing happened on that page if I recall. But I'm thinking of skipping Friday's game to check out the stream instead.
well, I'll be. Clutch moved the whole thread to the IRC Chat. Now OpBot2K is going Whole Bot in his parking Lot on their ass.
Yeah I agree, why people go to the game thread, if they can go the chat. and yeah sharing the computer screen with the stream and the chat, thats why I rarely talked during gameplay, since I was watching on a stream, also sometimes I had to close the chat, because my computer couldnt handle a great quality stream and the chat going crazy.
So, Comcast making people use streams indirectly turned the CF IRC Chat into a Ghost town? but I thought most regulars were foreigners and out of towners, regardless of Comcast.
I never knew this existed. I've been forced to listen to the game on the radio and watch the play by play action on my phone. Is it just as negative and nonsensical as the game thread? I mean when it's not a ghost town.
I've only watched one game live this year. And there were only three other people who all posted stuff like "Bench Harden" and "Howard sucks". So, I left.
