Let me tell you this. There have been some fans of other teams posting here over the years. Some of them are really good. Nuggets4 is one of them. We welcome their contributions. If you come here just to talk smack while your team is winning, then yeah, you'll get the boot sooner or later.

 

I hate how NBA players make dirty cheap plays, because there is no real repercussions.
This play and that cheap shot to the man region Ibaka did to a player earlier this year are examples.
Back in the Old NBA those would have been fights.

I absolutely HATE people who say things like this - it usually typifies someone who doesn't know anything about the game of basketball.

So what if the Thunder still would've been up by 1.

The correct call being made in that instance changes the dynamic of the way the rest of the game is played.

It puts the Rockets in the bonus earlier.

It changes the whole complexion of how the Rockets would've operated on the offensive end at the end of the game. There wouldn't have been any running around looking for a 3.

There were a lot more implications to that play then the Thunder still being up 1 point.

if they call the foul, the 3 point shot will not be counted + 2 free throws for parsons... that's a 5 point swing.... OKC only won by 3 points

Doesn't matter whether it made a difference or not, it was a foul and if that was called, those 3 points wouldn't have counted. We would have been down only 1 and could play to win instead of not to lose, (fouling to stop the clock and giving them free throws when time was running out)

 

I'm sure there are a lot of hits on LeBron that aren't called either.
