Hey guys, Do you know any good Beach locations on galveston besides Stewart Beach? A good family beach.
Continue on past Stewart Beach until you get to the end of the island almost and turn right. That is East Beach. You have to pay to get your car on, but its nice due to the fact they dont let cars near the water, so there is a lot of open space to set up your stuff.
I am not sure I can help you this year; there is a lot of seaweed on the beach in Galveston. In most years, Jamaica Beach on the West End is clean and quiet. It is about 15 miles from the Seawall.
East beach is the nicest beach. If you want quiet go all the way to Point West at the end of the Island before the toll bridge turn left and that beach is the nicest on the west end.
West end is way quieter and cleaner. You start to hit the nice beaches about 8 miles after the seawall ends.
