If they were smart they'd be advertising like crazy during those games. Since ESPN is paying to broadcast MLS now I wouldn't be surprised if that happens. And like insane man said, more exposure for the game in general is better for MLS.

This is awesome!! I just started to get into soccer after watching almost every single game in the world cup and now I am really into it. I used to think soccer was stupid, but now I like it better than baseball, but not as much as football or bball. I've been watching the premiership and champions league lately. I can't wait till Euro 2008. Hey, and anyone watch that Chelsea/Arsenal match yesterday and know why Henry isn't playing? I've heard he's either injured or had a fight with his manager.

HD??? YES, NO? MAYBE? I am thinking of upgrading my DirecTV signal for my HDTV.

I got to see at least ONE World Cup game in HD (England/Trinidad). Damn, I hate UNIVISION for not having HD...

No official word, but I would assume it would be broadcast in HD.

Sweeeeet!!! I too spend close to $200 for the Setanta package...I only wish we could get the overseas analysts/broadcaster cause those that did the WC sucked ass...they ware worse than Clyde Drexler is at analyzing the NBA/Rockets.
