They are two Robins. Good analogy.

Sigh. There's no logic in this.

It's going to be like an afternoon movie special where they go on a big run now? Give me a break.

    Please tank, org.

I said it 20 games in and got flamed. The team has not changed a lick since then and won't be changing now.

From the Vertical trade deadline episode:
WOJ: The personal and professional relationship of Harden and Howard is unsalvagable beyond the point of no return.
WOJ: Kevin Durant IF he decides to leave OKC will only go to a team that is ready to win RIGHT NOW.

    Good luck Morey.

Exactly, and just run out the clock before the situation takes care of itself.

Fran is on the money and Harden is a snake. Maybe McHale did push him and it rubbed Harden the wrong way. Dwight is who he is and hopefully the breakup will be prettier than with others Morey tried to trade.

Lol, I said the same thing... I know exactly what you mean. Even if some miracle happened there'd still be a poor showing against the top tier teams.

The only thing I really care about for the rest of this season is the development of Capela, Harrell, Dekker and McDaniels. Will keep an eye on Putney and Joshua Smith too. Can't really care about much else. Was looking forward to seeing how D-Mo recovers, oh well.

I love Dwight and I'm a hardcore Harden supporter, but it's been so childish this season. It's hard to root for a team that's 50 games into dealing with ego issues after a western conference finals appearance. I don't care that Dwight puts losses behind him quickly. I don't care that Harden loves late nights. Don't care that these guys are not soul mates. Just come to work, and work as a team. Play defense Harden. Set more picks and make quicker decisions Dwight, don't retreat into a shell just because you don't get more post touches. Management needs to stop pandering to Harden.

Just, worst season ever. The difference between what we were expecting and where we are now is too humongous for a leader in this organization to not be held responsible. We now know that it wasn't a McHale issue, seeing as Bickerstaff isn't exactly a coaching wizard yet. Collective failure here, and our owner's immediate response was to save money rather than to hold people accountable.
