Earlier this season, Fox Sports aired their own 2017 World Series film. This was a different one from the MLB World Series DVD many of us got. I can’t find any trace of the Fox film anywhere. Anyone know anything? Thought maybe they’d make it available for purchase/streaming, something. Anyone know what I’m talkin’ bout, Willis?
The one I’m talking about was definitely different. The first shot of the one I’m talking about is a Texas flag backlit by a setting sun. Aired on March 31st. I have it on my DVR, but I know I’ll eventually lose it (possibly as soon as tomorrow when AT&T comes to service my busted U-verse). I want to find a way to keep it forever.
That Clint Black was so incredibly lame. Still got both VHS’s prominently displayed next to my TV, along with my Astros DVD. That’s how long it’s been since the Rockets won. It’s been Since VHS Long Ago.
Nope, you’re right. Just went and re-checked the DVD, and it is the same film. Lesson to self...Self, sometimes you’re wrong, even when you could swear you’re not. Good news is...I already own it forever! Net positive.
