The woman's bathroom is made for people with woman body parts. If it was not giving a special privilege they would not have to make a law for it. Bottom line is my daughter should not have to undress or shower in front of an anatomical male or see an anatomical male showering in her school locker room regardless of whether that person dresses like a male or female.
