Watched JR Smith drop half a hundred on Mike James a couple of years ago. Also, Tommy Mason-Griffin, Madison product and former Oklahoma PG, was chopping up the competition... most impressive handles I've ever seen.
Considering most of these NBA players are playing in other leagues I would say he is wrong. Maybe some of them are afraid but a lot of NBA players or playing in leagues in Seattle,North Carolina and Baltimore.
i went tonight. saw aubrey coleman (lightning fast), moochie norris, joey dorsey, and mike harris in action.
yeah, i was thinking that the whole time. a few more observations: - the refs let the players play a very physical game. i was surprised at the amount of body checks offensive players were giving to the defense. - aubrey coleman is lightning fast - moochie is always smiling. he made some bad decisions with the ball but easily held his own. - joey dorsey: i only saw the first quarter or his game. good defense but horrid offense. the whole time i was thinking "how is he in the nba." - mike harris: didnt do much on the court but practically played the whole game. there was this one guy on his team (green team) that was lights out from beyond the arc. i think he was number 11.
