I blame Sam Fisher's hateful rhetoric. -- SALISBURY, Md. -- A gunshot shattered a glass door Wednesday at a Salisbury office of the Maryland Republican Party, according to a party statement. The party published the statement on its website, indicating that a single gunshot shattered the front door at the office early in the morning. Salisbury police officers discovered the shattered glass after midnight and reported that the office had been vandalized. The statement indicated that a party staffer found a bullet in the office. Remember the last time you started one of these embarrassing threads? The magic parabola bullet attack on Eric Cantor? http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=184293&page=2&pp=20&highlight=Cantor What are the odds this thread ends the same, squatty?
I don’t know Sam. A lot of tea partiers are heading to DC this weekend and we all know what happened the last time they came. Sounds like they are following up on their threats.
I will await for more info before delivering an opinion on this but on a related note last week a bullet was fired into a window of Al Franken, D-Minnesota, home in Minneapolis. http://minnesota.publicradio.org/display/web/2010/08/18/mpls-pd-franken-window-shot/ Minneapolis PD investigates shot in Franken window August 18, 2010 Minneapolis (AP) — Minneapolis police are investigating a small bullet hole found in the window of the downtown Minneapolis condominium of U.S. Sen. Al Franken. Police spokesman Sgt. Bill Palmer says the hole appears to have been made by a BB. Franken and his wife, Franni, found it recently upon returning to their condo after a few days away. Palmer says police don't know if the Franken residence was purposely targeted and "don't have much to go on." Franken's office reported the incident to the U.S. Capitol Police which spokesman Marc Kimball says is a standard move for members of Congress. Kimball wouldn't say whether the office had received any prior threats. (Copyright 2010 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.)
It might be a BB but it might've also been a small caliber bullet. Even if it was a BB does that make it OK?
no, but i've been hit with a BB, and while unpleasant, it's a whole 'nother matter to fire a gun at someone/something. Ask JuanValdez in the hangout.
