    So, if a parent was born in another country, you could play for that country's national team? Maybe I could play for the El Salvadorian team. ;)

    I can't really disagree with the guy. Spain is a veteran team who has spent a lot of time playing together. The U.S. team has had very little time playing together and the USA basketball teams from 2002-2006 showed us that playing time together is important.

    Didn't you know that Boki hit 23 or 25 3 pointers in practice BEFORE his rookie year? :p

    Anyway, the ranking is pure BS. No one in their right mind would bet on Spain between Spain and US(even money) winning the tournament. Now, the US team might be at a point where it's even money US vs The Field. But definitely not against any one particular team.
