LOL okay. Worse by what standard? We finished 4th in the west last year and right now we're 2.5 games from 2nd place this year. OKC is 3.5 games behind us...

it's not that hard to notice the extreme lack of depth and the atrocious defense this team has played. I mean if you're actually following this team

who cares about okc. that has nothing to do with this

Yeah, that “fat girl” helped lead us to a franchise best 65 wins and brought the best out of Harden thus helping him finally win an MVP. Chris Paul was totally the problem. Smh.

The trade was one for one so what does depth have anything to do with it? Westbrook has a higher defensive rating as well..

Bro, you're trying to tell me what's relevant and what's not and then stating things that have nothing to with your original point.

Their defensive rating is 1.2 points of each other...who gives a crap. Oh wow, you schooled me on a message board. You da man LOL.

    Twas a bad trade, period.

CP3 held Harden accountable - now, no one does - Harden needs tough love at times.

And now we are stuck with a declining player who relied on athleticism and not skill - in decline.

Meanwhile one of the best ever at running the PG position will be able to be effective for years because of his BBall IQ....think John Stockton....

So, yeah, major **** up....for the Rockets, and no way do I believe Morey wanted to do it.....

    Carmelo still is washed.

Whoever truly believed Paul was washed was no one to listen to anyway.

    That's the risk Houston took.

Now CP3 is gone, and focusing on it won't help anything, and theres no assurance that things would've been the same had he played for Houston, nor that his body won't fail him when OKC needs him most.

I like that CP3 is smarter, more efficient, and a better leader than WB.

I like that WB pushes the pace, leads with energy, and gets more rebounds and opportunities than CP3.

We have to go with what we have, and MDA needs to adjust his coaching so that this group can be more successful.

My understand is that Harden wanted CP3 to be a goner, and OKC wanted to remove the WB's fat contract, then rockets had to do something to please Harden, and excite the fans because WB is younger, and faster. It was a win-win deal for both teams at that time, but it costs more for the rockets, it is garbage in and garbage out deal to me.

nope. Harden wanted cp3 here still. he wanted to add butler to both of them. then when butler ghosted houston and pg13 left okc. he asked about adding wb to both he and cp3. wasn't possible without including cp3. El cheapo Tilman pushes for the deal. harden ultimately goes along with it. front office with mixed feelings and the head coach was not as excited. here we are

Thanks for sharing. No enough time for me pays attention to all three teams in Houston. Last year I spent more time on the winner, Astros. This year, I do not know which team I should follow, have to wait for changes in each team. My policy is a simple, do not support a loser.
