Jerry36, please do yourself a favor and take a course in critical thinking. Most universities offer it as a 2 or 3 credit hour course.

It will really help you out a lot when making arguments. I am being honest about it.

No, I'm not just talking about scoring, I'm talking about his NUMBERS. And "not having his legs under him" effects your scoring more than anything else whether it's having the quickness to get to the rim or take a friggin' jump shot.

Christ, it's like arguing with a wall....

    Huh? I dont get it.

Bulls GM saying: Jordan is not here, so why making the team better by getting a good interior presence, I dont want to win if Jordan isnt here.

How the hell can you know that playing a whole season would have moved the Bulls to make a trade let alone any other team in the league? You are just grasping at straws. What other team in the league is going to let the Bulls keep Pippen and Jordan and trade them a strong inside presence for junk? You are just grasping at straws.

I can grasp at straws too. If Hakeem hadn't gone to Toronto, the Lakers would have given us Kobe, who would have liked it so much here he would have gotten us Lebron James, and Dwayne Wade, and we would have won championships every single year.

Or how about this made up scenario...
'94 was the year Tonya Harding had Nancy Kerrigan whacked. Had the Bulls traded for an inside presence, the other teams would have had that inside presence taken out with steel pipes to the legs. The inside presence the Bulls traded for wouldn't have been available for the playoffs. That's what would have happened. Anyone who knows Jordan and the NBA knows that a Bulls inside presence in 95 would have had their legs broken.

You are making up crazy stuff.

Jordan forfeited the right to have his name even mentioned in speculation regarding the 1994 and 1995 seasons because he quit. Quit, quit, quit, quit, quit. Did Hakeem quit? Did Clyde retire? Did Malone drop out? Did Barkley take a hiatus? No, no, no, and no. No one put a gun to Jordan's head- he made his decision, and by making that decision, again, he forfeited the right to be in the discussion. Anyone that says otherwise is just an idiot. "Jordan didn't have his legs under him.."- get a fricken wambulance, please. He quit, so by quitting, he put himself in that situation. It's his own fault he didn't have his legs under him- he shouldn't have come back then.

And you know the funny thing about all this? If you were to ask Jordan, he'd be the first to say, "No excuses, no speculation," particularly about the 1995 season. But, of course, it's OK for Nostradamorons to say, "Oh, he would've made it 8 in a row, no doubt."

Scoreboard, box score, the pudding with the PROOOOOOF, Hey, Jerry 63, Fact-oramus called, he would like his mojo back.

    Redwhiteone,

if you support this team, you should respect it's greatest accomplishment and greatest players. The greatest accomplishment was Clutch City championships. The greatest player was Hakeem Olajuwon.
If you respect this matchup between two great legends, you should watch the youtube clips of them.

Kenny Smith talks about Vernon vs jordan

Post '91, MJ had better teams than Hakeem, really not that close. However, the Rockets were a bad matchup for CHI and were capable of beating them in any given game/series.

tinman: "Letting it going since he clicked "Post Reply" since 1999."

Then someone has to go and f- it up for him. He let it go, he dropped it, but then they had to go and say something..

Love this site. Remember when we used to congratulate people for getting to 1,000 posts? There's more to talk about these days!

Brother we are always at war with NON BELIEVERS who did not join or understand why this placed is called "CLUTCH CITY".

When people who never witnessed Dream dismantle the Bulls front line and think we would crumble against them, that means they have no true faith or love for Clutchfans or Clutch City.

Dream killed the Bulls. We saw this, people who say different are liars who never saw this.

We must fight this evil til the end of days.

It's our job to keep Dream and Clutch City's legacy accurate.

It's an absolute insult to think early 90s Dream would cower to the Bulls crap front line when we saw him destroy it.

If Dream wouldna dreamed of cowering to Mo then Hakeem Olajuwon was not, as he did not ever, back down from MJ, the Bulls, Shaq or anyone.

The Rox' Record v MJ's Bulls was not only best but was worrisome to PJax' guys should they meet in a Finals, and dadgum, they shoulda in '97. They shoulda in '99, oops MJ couldna. Like he couldna in '95 when Nick bricked him! Oh, and '93...oh, '93.
