    Portland made Aminu into a 3 and D guy. Maybe Turner, all of a sudden, gets a stroke.

    He had a sub 15 Per. Even if you think its a stupid stat paying a below average NBA player almost 18 mil does not make sense. They would have been better off with Parsons.
