    It absolutely upgrades Boston. They're 3 games under .500, are you serious? All Garnett does is spot up, he'd be perfect with Gasol. Defensively, obviously it's an upgrade.

    What's Gay going to do in LA other then add some highlight plays? The guy doesn't play much defense and is not a solution to their problem.

    I'd be happy if this trade went through. Gasol would probably hate it on the Celtics next to KG and Rondo.

    The Lakers would have all their salary tied up between Dwight, Rudy, Kobe, Nash. Completely dysfunctional team there.
