The whole Jon Barry thread got me thinking...ESPN had sports center live from LA!

Why didn't they do it from Houston the last game?

I don't think it's hubie or Barry that's the issue..I think they have been brain washed by the parent company to sell a product. And the product is not Houston Rockets.

Espn has it's studios across the street from staples center

Wouldn't read too much into it.

Who cares. I wish Jon Barry had a Twitter account. Does he go down as the most hated rocket in the last 20 years?

Jon Barry spent ALL NITE telling America how bad the Rockets were. Jalen Rose trashed Dwight giving a lazy assessment during halftime, as if this were the Lakers Dwight lol. Welcome to 2015 Clutch City ESPN

see the only reason I dont have Royce White in there because to me you have to be a good (actual) NBA player to fit that category. He was neither.

They often (always?) have the late night SportsCenter live from LA.

I'm sure they thought they would win. It was a close-out game on their home court, not to mention their studio is literally across the street from Staples (I think).

BTW, I am still stunned. I am so happy, but I don't even know how to react, because I am just so stunned. Not that we came back, but that they collapsed and we did it all with Harden on the bench and Howard not scoring a single basket in the 4th? Wow.

I am getting zero work done today, I am so tired. I've been reading things like 4 or 5 times to understand them, because my mind just keeps going back to that Brewer 3 to take the lead and those Smith step backs -- and I just spontaneously bust into giggles thinking about how the Clippers fans must have felt.

It's only one game. We still have to beat them one more time. We know we can. But we also know they can beat us. We have to stay focused. Let's not get too high on this, even though it was so amazing. I'm not going to fully enjoy this until Sunday night or Monday morning.

I'm not going to knock them for that. There were even a lot of Clutchfans who thought the Clippers were going to win.

Immediately after the game i switched to NBATV for the post game interviews, NBA Gametime was just starting and they said right up front. We don't know what just happened here. All of our graphics and reports were based on our assumption the Clippers had this one in the bag, boy were we wrong.

Nope, right across the street. That's why Jalen Rose was in the Staples Center by the end of the game.
