This one should be easy also.
Ending the defending Champions and Legendary Showtime Lakers on one shot in their house vs a phantom call against the Pacers

Speaking of series-ending buzzer-beaters, none has ever been more improbable than this twisting touch shot from Sampson, who put the Rockets in the Finals and denied the NBA a Lakers-Celtics trilogy. Sampson's NBA career was derailed by injuries and never quite lived up to his legendary stint at Virginia, but few players have ever had a playoff moment quite like this one. -- Adam Reisinger

    3. Larry Johnson's four-point play vs. Pacers

    Game 3: Pacers vs. Knicks

Depending on who you ask, LJ either knocked down a 3-pointer despite getting fouled or drew a phantom call despite a complete lack of contact. Don't bring up this play around ESPN analysts Jeff Van Gundy (the Knicks' coach in 1999) and Mark Jackson (the Pacers' point guard) unless you want to get in the middle of an endless debate. No matter who is right, the record shows the Knicks won this game and went on to win the series before falling to the Spurs in the NBA Finals. -- Adam Reisinger

I think that Ralph shot was at 11:30 PM Central Time. Maybe the writer was asleep and didn't see it.

Anything from that aweful 1999 fifty game season doesn't count. That includes Pippen as a rocket

lj's 4th play was highway robbery, no way the nba was gonna let the pacers in the finals after all the money they lost due to lockout. floptons 3 pt shot was also bogus cause malone bearhugged drexler and should have been a offensive foul

I always like to point out that the bear hug actually started before the inbounds pass making it not only an offensive foul but an automatic technical foul shot and the ball. (You can't foul while the inbounder still holds the ball.)

I'm usually fine with refs swallowing their whistles on last second plays like that, but I tend to draw they line on fouls before the inbounds pass. That's just way too much advantage.

As an aside, a similar technical foul before the inbounds happened to Beasley in Game 3 last year, but by the GSW defense (Iguodala). The L2M report even confirmed he was held. It led to a "turnover" on the inbounds pass, because Beasley couldn't get to it, following by a fastbreak by GSW to take the lead with 10 seconds left. All we needed to do was inbounds the ball securely, as we were ahead by one point. So it was no fancy play, just an attempt to get the ball to the best free throw shooter, and Beasley was one of the secondary options.

Fortunately, Harden buried the Jordan/Russell-esque, step-back midrange two for the win coming back the other way.

Here it is from the video from the L2M report.

and lulz, here is Draymond throwing Beasley to the floor again at the very end ... they didn't bother making that call, as we won.

If ESPN could rank 1994 NBA champions:

1: New York Knicks Eastern Conference Champions
    2: Houston Rockets NBA Champions*

If ESPN could rank 1994 NBA MVPs:

    1. Scottie Pippen NBA All Star Game MVP
    2. Hakeem Olajuwon NBA MVP*

It makes you wonder....if any decent legit superstar can go into NY and win them 2-3 championships, the media would make him instant GOAT.

Stockton's shot was the worst moment for me in Rockets history, but it should still be ranked above LJ and Ralph.
