It is a joy listening to Doris Burke do color commentary. She epitomizes what every female AND male analyst should be. Informative, engaging, and downright knows what she's talking about.

She is making the Spurs/Hornets game that much better.

My least favorite commentator by far. She obviously has no idea what she is talking about. If you listen, whenever she is talking about a particular player, she always says "[Whatever player] brings it every night. Very motivated." That obviously means she doesn't know **** she just makes up bull**** that you could say about anyone. She also talks like a man, and is just awkward.

They always had her on the sucky ESPN SUNDAY nba games during the regular season.

Yea i hate her too....Jeff Van Gundy is the best by farrrr, i like doug collins too but anyone notice how when he shows a replay after something hes always in the favor of the ref? Never speaking against the call? Its always like hes replaying it to show how wrong he is, thats why i like JVG he says it like it is, "THATS A FLOP BY KIRILENKO, GROW SOME BALLZ RUSSIAN!" He would have said something like that during our series but yea back to the point that lady dorris with the mustache is a complete r****d it makes my game watching experience that much worse, she needs to take notes on the glyde and JVG...

I agree with the OP. I think she's one of the better TV analysts out there. I'd rate her ahead of any non-coach who works national NBA games. I don't find anything annoying about her voice.

She was getting slammed bad in a game thread when she did a Rockets game.

Women in high positions are gonna have something a little more gruff about them, whether its their voice, demeanor, way they dress...its to be expected. Can't fault her for having a strong voice. Sometimes she comes across a little TOO polished if anything.
