    I don't buy this for a second... Why would the Lakes do this deal? Even if the Nets offered Kidd and Vince, I don't think it makes them better, especially in the West. Better to sit on Kobe and try to put pieces around him.

    Mark my words: Kobe will not be in New Jersey next season.

    I think the entire NBA should retire the number 23. When you think of 23 you only think of one guy.
