It didn't matter that the MVP Harden closed the game out, it was still all about Lebron. It didn't matter that Rondo and Ingram instigated the brawl, it was about CP3 losing his cool and throwing punches. It didn't matter that THICCC was clutch and gave Lebron fits on the defensive end, nobody talked about it. Clutchfans know this pretty well by now, but it doesn't matter what the Rockets accomplish. We could win 6 chips straight and people will still try and challenge the narrative simply because its the Rockets. Point is the media never liked Houston and probably never will, so whatever you read about the Rockets will always come across as negative. Just remember that "sports journalism" nowadays is about bashing one team/player just because they don't like them. Also, when the poster boy gets beat on his "homecoming" parade, this is usually the fall out.

Legit only point to have ESPN is sadly their writing, most of which was good because it came out of Bill Simmons' Grantland (Zach Lowe anyone). Their on-air content is total crap, and not worth tuning in anymore. Move on people stop feeding the beast - its a total shitshow and not worth your attention.
