Worse coach, awful management, mediocre market, little cap flexibility and no superstars = higher than the Rockets? Okay.
Kinda makes sense to have us at 4. Howard will be rounding out his prime in the next few years, and Harden is just entering his. That core as long as they remain healthy will produce a lot of wins. We have a 3-4 year window to surround those two guys with the right role players and we will have a great shot at a championship.
It seems like they were wrong last year for a lot of teams so I'm not giving too much thought on their "analysis" this year.
I think the folllowing teams should be above us: Spurs Clippers Thunder Cavs Every other team is either debatable or clearly below us. So again for those who think we are much to high, which teams do you believe should be above us? I can understand if people put the blazers above us (since they beat us in the play offs), however I seriously doubt they will finish higher than us the following 3 years, So i would not put them above us. Also do we believe next year is more important than in three years (sincce a team like the pelicans might be above us in 3 years, they will not be above us next year).
