Might take a while but he'll get picked up by another team for sure. If Thabeet can land on a team so can he.

Offer him a partially guaranteed minimum contract with team options for the next 5 years.

That would be a tradeable asset.

Yes, he looked pretty decent playing against the Rocks. What I'm not sure of is... was he that good, or were we that bad? Hell, we need a backup center. What other options are out there besides keeping Smith? Perhaps Curry would spice up the lineup!

Get him on the team so Motiejunas can play to his potential as a 8-25 ft jump shooter and driver

The target on his back would be bigger than the one on Felton's back for helicopters.

And draw some Indian fans as well as sponsorship from the gas station/convenience store sector. I've heard that Indians love Curry.

We have China covered with Lin, the Middle East covered with Asik, South America covered with Delfino (and Machado, assuming he makes the team), Europe covered with Motiejunas, white people and tweens covered with Parsons. The sub-continent has always been a tough one to pander to due to the lack of players from that region. I think most Indian would have preferred Stephen Curry, but Eddy Curry may be the best available.

Why did San Antonio cut him? That's the first thing I want to know. I would rather give the playing time to some of the young guys and give them a chance to develope even if it means sacrificing wins. Lets develope our rookies and go for Shabazz in the process instead of giving Curey a job.

He played decent on offense in one preseason game against us. And mostly it's against our second unit in limited minutes.

.680 fg% in five pre-season games with 15mpg. You bolding a lot of words doesn't give them any foundation or truth.

Isn't that basically all one would need of a backup center ?
