As far as players in Houston go, he's one that I think got a lot of undeserved hate. He did a lot for the HOU community and playoff Dwight was something else. Never reached the potential we expected of him, and he needed to move on from HOU, but I'm not going to crap on his time here -- he did good and was a part of the reason we made WCF
Going to miss Dwight. Such a nice guy who helped us reach the WCF. Also he helped A LOT in the houston community, something that people dont mention enough of. Wish him nothing but the best.
I've read THREE stories about how Dwight would be the perfect center for [insert team here], and all three talked about what an exceptional pick-and-roll threat he is. That may be true, but it's nearly impossible to convince him that should be his bread and butter. <BR>
He better not start picking and rolling in Atlanta now, because no way they give him many post touches with their offensive style predicating on ball and body movement..also we can stay classy and wish him a happy home, finally. I sure as hell won't miss him, not one bit, especially after another media image correction tour called 'feel sorry for me' while thrashing our team.
Good, but immature dude that just refuses to take responsibility for anything. It's time for the era of Clint!
Appreciation for what? Losing interest in our team/organization? Nah. I'll pass. On the one hand, I can forgive losing and he's a good person who takes too much crap from the media and public at large. On the other hand, he also brings a lot of it on himself. And for the money and celebrity the man has received....his results for years have certainly disappointed. I appreciate Moses, Ralph, Dream, Yao. I simply wish Dwight well.
