    It's clear many, many fans don't get the concept that the NBA (and NCAA for that matter) is a game of runs. In football (and soccer), if you get a big lead early, there are easier ways to maintain that lead, and in the NFL you NEVER have to play bench players if you don't want to. In the NBA, you must rest the stars, bench players are actually really good bball players (vs NCAA), and there really is no concept of prevent defense, or slowing down with a running game ... since there is a freaking shot clock ... lulz.

    I don't see how ppl can stand to watch the NBA if they pull their hair out over a 10-15 pt first quarter lead evaporating. Leads evaporate in nearly every NBA game, every night....due to the nature of the game. And even our bad 2nd half leads lost happen at same rate by most teams.

    Oh, plus the concept that a 20pt apex lead falling down to 10 pts is a disaster, even if you rid the 10pt lead to the end. No, you must increase that apex lead at all times.

    And getting behind early is common among even the best teams. It was like routine for GSW last year, and SAS this year.

    Everytime I see that thread title I cringe, there are countries with overpopulation where people have to form a line just to buy breakfast.

    This aint funny. Folks have doubts when forming lines.
