The vert. is pretty much all gone, but still can put it down. :grin:
To be a bit fair to the Korean team, youth and some talent....probably gonna always beat old and slow. I mean it's not like they completely suck is what I'm saying. Take the clock back though, and we all know.

 

I would say you grew up watching telly tubies.

 

I think people like to hold on to the past...and the performances of those back in the day get exaggerated as time goes on.

Just like the Mario bro on NES was the greatest thing back then and people still like to refer to that as such a great game. When, in actuality, if you actually go back and play it, its a crap game compared to where we are today.

Back to the point of this...VC was just as crazy with his dunks as Wilkins was. Carter had the higher vertical...Carter had crazier dunks in the dunk competition...Carter jumped over a 7 footer in international player...the list goes on.

 

In a couple of years, you can add 2 more centers to that roster:

Yao
Divac
Wilkins
Robinson
Shaq

would beat the K all stars. Assuming you allow goaltending.

 

Your point being? VC still the best dunker

They must have gotten paid pretty well to do that. You can see Hardaway is pissed they are losing at the end. So who was on that roster? I saw Divac, Nique, Timmy Hardaway and Billy Thomas - who else was there? I didn't notice any of the other names. Looked like a lot of fun.
