    Come to think of it, I've tried this before and didn't like it very much. Something about the coffee ruined the grand experience of the white russian for me.

    No, just different tastes. What I do like about you though is all of your love of food, recipes and cooking. I do tend to at least try most of your recommendations because some of them are pretty damn good dude. I also appreciate your ideas on most of these things.

    Are you a chef, btw? Just curious.

    Lol, that's one of my favorite lines from Big Lebowski.

    No chef for me (those hours are too crazy), I just love to play around in the kitchen, my younger brother was one for many years in NoCal/Austin and worked at some cool places. He's taught me a lot of stuff, and these days its a collaborative effort: "hey...I've got this, what should I do with it?" kind of stuff. And we butcher our own meat, and I'm in charge of the garden, so...there's always something.

    Not everybody likes coffee drinks, I love them personally.

    Yeah, I tend to substitute the coffee for more vodka. Personal preference, though. ;)

    I made eggs benedict once for one of our dinner parties. Nobody talked. That's when you know you nailed a dish. Oddly enough I used a microwave hollandaise recipe. I typically also ruin the poached eggs and the hollandaise while I'm doing them, but when they come out right? Perfection.

    I like poached eggs with a soy/vinegar/sriracha/sesame oil mix. Half soy, half vinegar, 1 drop of sesame oil and sriracha to taste.

    Also, I would like it noted that I spelled sriracha correctly without looking it up. Please note this in your notes.
