I honestly want them to win the championship. Here is why.

If they go and get spanked in the 2nd round, this means the rockets were not very good OR that just means that Portland decided to exhaust all their energy to beat the rockets and then didn't show up for the 2nd round. I would be asking myself why on earth did Lillard and LMA look like God against the Rockets and not so much against these other teams.

If they go all the way and or even to the WCF, that tells me the Rockets are pretty damn good and it makes me feel better seeing other teams suffer the same fate as the rockets. If Lillard goes off and then drains a series clinching 3 against the spurs or better yet the Heat, for some reason that would make me feel better that another team has to see what that feels like.

Now, the other side of me wants them to lose and get swept just because I hate that piece of **** team they have.

Their success justifies how good we are?

That's a bit of a stretch. If the Heat win the title this year, does this mean the Bobcats were good? No.

Stopped reading when you said you wanted the Blazers to win the finals.

I want Spurs/Mavs to sweep them. I'm certified salty.

The difference here is the Heat swept the bobcats and it wasn't even close.

I don't care. I really don't. If they were really the better team I'd be on board, but we really just beat ourselves in that match up. Our poor execution coupled with some mind blowingly bad calls lead to this. Them winning or losing doesn't change the fact that we had that series from the start but never put it together.

    Yup.
    4-0 sweep.
    Blowout every game.
Lillard shoots 1%, becomes laughingstock of league.

when Blazers get to WCF, people will understand Rockets lost to the Semi finalist.

Respectable but no championship or Finals

Basically this...then move the team to an actual city...maybe Seattle, because I hate this team, & can't stand their douchebag fans.

Edit: Just looked at this site: http://www.travelportland.com/things-to-do/

What a dump. What a boring place...bleh. I can't believe that a team from a backwater nothing place like Oregon beat us.

The Blazers beat us with voodoo-levels of good fortune.

I want it to run out in a bad way in the second round.

Also, I'm not a fan of the Rip City nickname, just because I don't know what it really signifies.

It doesn't matter to me either way. We lost, and that is that is the end of the season as far as I am concerned.

I want Spurs/Mavs to kill the Blazers and then piss on their corpse. I want that mug-for-the-camera badass look removed from Lillard's face.

Want the Blazers to win? Not even over the Mavs.

I see a lot of threads like this after losing a playoff game. Your opponent going far doesn't really give some kind of consolation to your team.. only time it was impressive IMO was when we took Lakers to 7

Dwight Howard is rooting for them. What can I say. Win one round or two more but fall to better teams

If they win the title...you know that the Rockets lost to the best team and it was a close battle..however that being said...the refs had a serious hard-%^ for the Rockets bigs. They couldnt breathe on LMA, but they could totally manhandle ours...and imo, totally changed the series. The Rockets dominated categories that win games:points in the paint and rebounds... And for a team that is relentlessly attacking the rim, the Rockets missed out on calls that were normally there. Portland were taking and making jumpers the entire series. Started with LMA and ended with Lillard.
