Does it seem that more drivers are driving at night with their high beam headlights on? Use to you could can flash the lights to give them a heads up and the other driver would dim their head light. Now is seems like most drivers don't care. Its bad enough when they are coming towards you, but for me its worse when the come up from behind and the high beam light hits the mirrors.

I don't think they have their high beams on, rather the newer cars' LED lights are bright af and seem like high beams in comparison.

People converted to those HID lights using DIY kits a few years back, but they'd aim them wrong and practically blind other drivers. Those people were idiots.

I think the lights are just getting brighter. Added to that is there seem to be more SUVs or Crossovers and trucks now than in the past. I drive a Honda Fit, and it seems like the lights behind me are always pointed squarely at my rear view mirror.

So sick of driving down the road and seeing this **** in front or behind me:

It's like, "Ok, so you want the world to know that you spent $1k in lighting for your truck, I get it. But can you shut that **** off when your driving through my neighborhood!"

When I'm driving down a darker road like 225 and someone comes up behind me with that **** i have had to pull over because after they pass I still see the damn flashes in my eyes for a couple minutes until I can blink it out.

    I have noticed 3 things.

    1. Idiots who don't have their lights turned on. Wtf man...don't most cars now have auto mode? It's not so you can see the road, it's so others can see you!!!! geez
    2. Idiots who drive with their high beams on. Yup you are the only one on the road. Don't worry about blinding others.
    3. Idiots (mostly bad hombres) who bought HID kits off ebay and installed it in their Chevy Silverado Texas Edition. They used the same housing for halogen bulbs..so now these freaking bright ass HID bulbs are lighting up the entire field of view.

Luckily we have amazing cops who do their job by pulling these people over rather than wasting their time catching those monster drivers going 10 over the speed limit.

    4. Dudebros who lifted up their trucks so now what used to be a normal lighting angle is now straight into my face when I am at the signal.

I've always wondered is it illegal to drive around with your high beams on all the time?
