Talking about eating before the game, I'm surprised I don't see more players run off the court to go to the bathroom. I guess they can go during half time but i'd imagine once in a while someone has to go during the game.

lol I don't know about you... but I don't have to take ****s right after eating.

Anyway.. a pre-game meal is usually about 3 hours before a game.

Much like when you're sleeping, your body slows down certain processes, when it's exercising. I also think they get advice on that sort of thing, like eat hours before, so that you're good to go for the game.

When his buddy KD's mom makes pizza rolls though, then it's a cheat day.

Athletes in high movement sports burn the calories and carbs off in no time. Most of it is sweated off, you would relief at halftime, but not like one would think.

So when James Harden does the "cooking" hand symbol, he really means "making smoothies"

BTW, we need a gif of that hand symbol.

Damn, that's a sick ass refrigerator. I can't even open my fridge door more than 45 degrees and have access to only one drawer and one shelf on the very very top haha. Jealous.

Hardens gonna be one of those guys that you look at 10 years after he retires and say to yourself "really, the fat guy scored 30 a game?" lol

Have you tried moving your refrigerator to a better spot?

Have you considered getting a fridge that actually fits in your kitchen...
