Don't know if this was mentioned but while talking about last night game to some friends they both mentioned that Artest threatened Kobe? This was right after the Kobe/Artest confrontation and Artest was backing off when, my friends claim Artest did the "cut ya throat motion with his hands." Not meaning Artest was literally going to kill anyone but more of a I'm gonna get you back. The way I saw it, he was still pleading his case and demonstrating that he was elbowed. I felt he shouldn't have been ejected so was this possibly the reason he was? Did anyone see it this way?
He was demonstrating how Kobe had elbowed him. If you make the elbowing motion with your arm, it might look like a throat cutting motion, but it wasn't.
Serious? Your friends HAD to be sarcastic. At first they might have, but after SEVERAL clarifications on what Ron was arguing about... they had to get the picture.
Um......ya, I kinda had to but anyway I saw the tape again it was a "you elbowed me motion" but the refs probably didn't cuz right after he did he was ejected.
What I saw was Artest rubbing the back of his hand across his throat-- rather than the edge of the hand to simulate a blade.
Oh ok.. I thought maybe the 500 other times it's been talked about in the forum would clear it up for you.
