Thought it was really interesting and gives insight on how good our defense actually is.

It gets much better after that

I pressed play. Saw the video was 24 minutes long. Immediately stopped.

Thanks to @Os Trigonum i skipped the first 90 seconds.

But that was fantastic tbh. I legit enjoyed that a lot.

I learned a bunch from that that I never understood or recognized. Like bodying up before curving around a screen to create the space needed to catch the pass. James does this a lot and I just never realized why. I thought it was a lack of athleticism and a way to push and create space.

    Thanks OP

Maybe Harden is one of the hosts - that would explain a lot. Like why he doesn't get injured much and heals so quickly.

Every pro team has this kind of information, hundred thousands or millions go into that.

It's harder to follow through for Utah, because they dun have the personnel that the Rox have and those plays happen in milliseconds, it's very tough for them.

You're assuming that Kobe is discovering things that Quin Snyder & co won't see on the game tape themselves. The question is whether they have the right personnel to actually execute these things, and drill it into them and get them to stick to the plan.

I thought this was pretty good. Great to listen to / watch while doing slow stuff at work. It's meant to be more informative than entertaining. However, the rewinding and dead space like he's watching the play isn't a good format. Better editing needed.

You run it at 1.5x speed. When Morey (or was it Hinkie?) said he listened to audio books and podcasts at 2x speed, it changed my world.

These long ass videos don't scare me anymore.
